Soundcraft jack patch field bay connectors

These were widely used in early Soundcraft patch bays and are Impossible to find now

They  do break or get corroded or just basically dead, they were made in the USA I don't have the part number of the original unit, if anyone has a manual with that let me know please.

I am guessing these would have been used in many situations and in many other units
