AKAI 4000 Series Reel to Reel LD3141 R IC Replacement PCB

As everyone knows I am a TASCAM nut but I get a lot of people asking me for AKAI parts and commonly the Audio IC LD3141 that now is well past its design life, they were not sealed well so gradually have been failing or getting noisy, popping and cracking etc.

There is no point to find an old IC at a stupid price as it still will be bad and is a waste of money.

I came across a UK designed super PCB replacement , just desolder the old one and pop this in and all problems will go away.

I have in stock a few of these  as I have people who are buying a belt and a roller etc so it seemed a good idea to stock some  so people can buy all from one place and get their machines going.

You need to be able to use a soldering iron as while they are an easy replacement some basic tools and skill is required.
