Fostex 8390 Tape/Slide Synchronizer

Not seen one of these for years , if I remember correctly this was used with tapes that had a pulse on to change the slides in projectors for big audio visual units and displays.

I seem to remember using one of these when I was in my first job with the Kodak carousel slide projectors. comes with some leads though not sure they are the original
