33 pin way HRS Hirose waka ntt male to female lead with shrouds c1333p c1333s

I have had these in a box for years, I honestly do not know what they are  for , it has an HRS Hirose 33pin male plug going to a 33pin female socket.

Originally they came from a Video company and not all pins are connected, its a pure guess but perhaps some high end broadcast unit used these from Japan.

Selling really for the lead and sockets only for people that want to make up some rare leads like for Tascam mixers for example which use a smaller one, any information welcomed.
