Head block assembly for the Teac A3440 and many many others there are some variants so the best way is to look at how the holes are to find the one you want here is 2 holes at a slight angle punched in the main frame, others have different hole and/of different mounting points

This is just the plate as many people have some damage or its gone rusty and just want to change this part
