Fostex B16 E16 Rear reel table and brake felt

This sits behind the flat reel table and in front of the back bush and then motor and has the

braking felt on, from a B16 but may well have been used in their other top end machines

I have checked and the E16 is the same

They used a different one on the early B16 thats with the smaller motors
