Sharp GP1S01F Opto coupler on pcb

I have listed this item like this , as have been asked for only the opto coupler unit, I tried to buy some, but they seem to be obsolete now. I will be breaking many parts out of boards as these maybe used in other applications, I can de-solder this if you need, otherwise it will be sent as is.

part is marked without the GP , but I have guessed the full part number
