Tascam 112 Tapehead lift and return control motor

Used on the 112 this has a control belt around it that pulls the heads in and out and sometimes goes wrong, no manufactures name listed but thsi was from a TASCAM 112 and probably others, looks like made in Taiwan by Mabuchi
