Tascam 22-4 rec head on block 537363012 5066425100?

Good head Thats been professionally relapped and tested and guaranteed that came from a home machine, I had a note this was form a 22-4 but it may have been used on other machine, comes with test report.

Marked 50664251 as the 00 is a revision number
