Tascam 238 punch in/out pcb 52102514-00

The Tascam 238 rack mounted unit was one of the last to be made in this Format in audio

Its basically a cassette reel to reel, still very popular and sell for a lot now and I see that price is rising.

I had my first chance to see one , many common features it has with other machines but also some are unique, I think it has the Crazy capstan board that always goes wrong.

This is the board with the jack plug  plug on it may have been common in other models
