Tascam 244 and many others Control arm and variable resistor

This is now a very very rare spare its a piece of plastic on a pot that you set the control belt to it has to line up with a hole in the metal bar that holds it so that when it turns on or off its set at the right place or it wont extend the heads backwards and forwards  thats why if the belt breaks you cannot get the heads to retract.

I thought someone would have 3 d printed these by now
