This is a working TASCAM tape counter that was removed from a TASCAM 38 model
that was being parted out as had other problems
 
Unit is mounted on a circuit board and still has bracket on it and the red and white
molex plugs so if your display is faulty it can be changed easily without soldering
anything, please advise and we can guide you step by step on how to do
this
 
Please pay attention to the glass display that should not be bent or flexed as can break
 
The same display can be seen on the Tascam 32 34 etc so its probably a generic one as i have seen the same now in there cassette recorders
if no stock i still maybe able to help as may have from 112 122 etc but without the switches which you probably will have anyway
