Teac 244 erase head 53786009 all 4 channels connected 52100800200 pcb-128

These heads were used for years in Teac tascam products in the 133 they only wire them for 3 channels as do not use the fourth in the porta studios they are all used.

There are three types of connector on is on a pcb like this, another has just a molex connector and the third has a slightly newer smaller connector bot the last versions do not have a pcb , I am guessing they all are compatible
