Teac 85-16 PS-16 pcb regulator 60505691

OK so, here we have a story . I had a power supply blowing fuses.  when I took these boards out the big black electrolytic's were the problem as were not reading anything like correct. I tried to put a lower voltage on and reform them, just to see if they would come back. Daft really as needed just to replace them ..

Then I got more working units in so I did not bother ( lazy probably) , these units only have a few standard caps, voltage regs and some 2SB524 transistors .

If you have the time you could strip the pcb and redo all, then swop your unit out as its all on connectors.

I have one board complete, and one without the main caps though I will include the old ones where you can see the size etc.

I strongly recommend that if you have an 85-16 or 16B you change all these black power caps asap.
