Standard Input module from a Tascam M-1516 and some others removed from a working unit and offers a saving over buying parts bit by bit.

easy to change or replace

These boards though are missing the input jack socket as were sold earlier by request of someone who asked really nicely, but if you are wapping out a board you will have the socket.
